The Challenge
To meet increased operational demands and maintain efficiency, the client turned to several staffing providers for contract IT talent. After being repeatedly provided with poorly matched IT consultants, the client’s frustration level was high. “Within one week, we had to let three contractors go for performance issues,” said the company’s Director of Business Systems. “On top of that, a new consultant showed up for a position who was a different person than the individual we interviewed by phone and selected the day before.” The client sought to find a consulting partner that delivered what they promised.
